Shipping
We ship worldwide. All prices and shipping rates are shown in US dollars (USD).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, or because of customs processing and local carrier delays.

Fulfilment
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost to you.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. It can take 2–5 days after dispatch before tracking information starts updating.
Customs duties and import taxes
Prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes. Where these apply, they are charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@pufinopets.com within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to the sender because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we can reship it once the return shipping cost has been settled, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
